Análisis del perfil del emprendedor artesanal del Cantón Zapotillo, Provincia de Loja, Año 2019

Abstract

Abstract:The objective of this research is to analyze the profile of the artisan entrepreneur of the ZapotilloCanton of the Province of Loja, and to determine the reality of the craftsmen and the formation of the profile of the artisan entrepreneur, a literary compilation of information was made in primary and secondary bibliographic sources.The deductive methodology was applied; to know the current situation of the canton, and inductive; to build a profile which will set characteristics given through collected information.The calculation of the population sample was made based on the number of active craftsmen of the canton, with a total of 26 surveys, this allowed to know the reality of the craftsmen of the canton, as well as to identify the most relevant information to determine the profile of the artisan entrepreneur.The results obtained have allowed us to define the entrepreneurial craft profile, which has the following information: Age; varies from 40 to 60 years, gender; male and female, productive activities which are: Food production and crafts, technical skills such as: Customer service, product approach; and personal characteristics such as responsibility, creativity and innovation.
