Abstract

Abstract: The present work of titulacion deals with an analysis of the SDGs, specifically on the SDG 16 called Peace, Justice and Solid Institutions, where justice is the main point to be addressed being one of the main forms of balance for the society in which we live even beyond the common good and the personal, of can say that it is the one that promotes the equitable partition of all the goods and services that we have in our environment, all this in accordance with the provisions of the laws and regulations that have been stipulated to guarantee its practice. But justice not only tries to maintain a proper order and balance but with poverty and inequality between us and the places where they must be applied thus preventing certain people by their position from going unpunished for the crimes they committed while others do it with more years or by unfair trials where the law is completely ignored transgressing the meaning and the struggle of the century for which the justice has been fighting, breaking the ethics of fairness and honesty not only of the system it established but of the people they are defending us.
