Abstract: The present graduation work seeks to establish the academic preferences of the student in connection with the Sustainable Development Goals, through the analysis of a sentence, the SDGs seek social and state commitment to achieve the goals set for 2030, goals that for several scholars are ambitious and currently look increasingly far away due to the health crisis that the world is going through, in the voluntary annual reviews even a delay of 20 years is evident and poverty is reaching alarming figures, not to mention that the pandemic continues. An analysis of the current importance of the study of Constitutional Law was also conducted, as well as the innovations and academic perspectives in the passage of the COVID-19, in this context it is sought what would be the contribution of constitutional study to the community and the scope of the SDGs.The investigated sentence is linked to SDG number 4, where an in-depth analysis of the SDG and the public policies implemented by the state to achieve the goals set out in the SDG agenda was conducted.
