Abstract: The Law originates from the great need to create various norms that allow people to live together in society, all this due to the fact that the human being is a sociable being par excellence; This is why norms are born to guarantee peaceful coexistence and harmony among the population of a certain place.On the other hand, Civil Law is a group of rules that regulate relationships between people, private relationships and between various citizens; In this project, the sentence of the National Court of Justice, sentence No. 2019-04-08, will be studied; 0073-2019.Development Goal 16 seeks peace, justice and solid institutions, the purpose and spirit that promoted the United Nations Organization (UN) to the creationof this goal is the immediately consistent response to the following question: Do we want a world better and fairer?the United Nations Organization has managed to identify that what is necessary to achieve this goal is to have solid and committed institutions with the purpose of achieving a safe society.
