| Abstract: | Abstract: The objective of this degree work is to know which are the academic preferences acquired by students during the law degree and the way in which these are associated to the Sustainable Development Goals proposed by the United Nations Organization. The main subject of preference of the author of this titling work is constitutional laws and the selected SDG is number 16, which is named "Peace, Justice and Solid Institutions", for which an analysis of sentence No. 426 was carried out , this sentence was dated June 3, 2021, issued by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, on the Grijalva Bueno vs. Ecuador case, through this sentence, the sanctions imposed by this case on the Ecuadorian State will be studied, and if it is effectively complying with progress towards achieving SDG 16, likewise, whether or not the acquired policies have been effective and whether or not they were sufficient to achieve what was proposed by this objective. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente trabajo de titulación tiene como objetivo conocer cuáles son las preferencias académicas adquiridas por los estudiantes durante la titulación de derecho y la forma en la que estos se vinculan con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible propuestos por la Organización de Naciones Unidas. La principal materia de preferencia del autor del presente trabajo de titulación es el derecho constitucional y el ODS seleccionado es el número 16,el cual titula Paz, Justicia e Instituciones Sólidas, por lo cual se realizó un análisis de la sentencia N°426, de fecha3 de Junio de 2021, emitida por la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, sobre el caso Grijalva Buenovs Ecuador, mediante esta sentencia, se estudiará las sanciones impuestas por este caso al Estado Ecuatoriano, y si el mismo está cumpliendo efectivamente con los avances para la consecución del ODS 16, así mismo, si las políticas adquiridas han sido o no efectivas y si resultaron o no suficientes para alcanzar lo propuesto por este objetivo. |
