| dc.description | Resumen: El sector turístico se paralizó durante 2 años y medio, como señalaron Correa et al. (2020) en la ciudad de Loja en un mes, las pérdidas del sector alojamiento y servicios de comida, fueron $3.280.055,en transporte, información y comunicaciones $6.233.094. El presente trabajo se realizó, con el objetivo de analizar impactos de la COVID-19 en establecimientos turísticos en la ciudad de Cariamanga en el año 2021, otorgando a propietarios estrategias de reactivación económica. Indagando, a partir de una metodología de enfoque cuantitativo, con tipo de investigación descriptiva, documental y exploratoria, se describió, investigó en varias fuentes de información y se examinó el conflicto dado por la COVID 19, con un diseño de campo en territorio objeto de estudio, vía online por cuestiones de bioseguridad, la población tomada fue el universo de establecimientos turísticos, aplicando 41 encuestas a propietarios de la ciudad de Cariamanga. De los resultados obtenidos se nota afectación e impacto que la COVID 19 ha generado en el destino,en la actualidadse refleja en el cierre de establecimientos yen la generación de empleo. | es_ES |

(2020) in the city of Loja in one month, the losses in the lodging and food services sector were $3,280,055, in transportation, information and communications $6,233,094. The present work was conducted with authorization Using a quantitative approach methodology, with a descriptive, documentary and exploratory type of research, the conflict caused by COVID -19 was described, investigated in several sources of information and examined, with a field design in the territory under study, route online for biosafety reasons, the population taken was the universe of tourist establishments, applying 41 surveys to owners of the city of Cariamanga.
