| Abstract: | Abstract: This research seeks to analyze the impact of Covid-19 on the enterprises in the city of Loja, it compiles the problems that the entrepreneurs had to go through due to the pandemic, it compares the scenarios both before and during Covid-19, the restrictionstaken by the National COE to stop the spread of the virus and what were its effects on the enterprises, the operational actions implemented by the entrepreneurs to face this crisis, the consequences of not taking any strategic action, and finally, a proposal for strengthening the enterprises through tools and technologies that every entrepreneur can use to improve the management, finances and logistics of their business, in addition to helping to expand the enterprise and increase sales. |
| Description: | Resumen: La presente investigación busca analizar el impacto del Covid-19 en los emprendimientos de la ciudad de Loja, se recopilan los problemas por los cuales tuvieron que atravesar los emprendedores debido a la pandemia, se comparan los escenarios tanto antes y durante el Covid-19, las restricciones que tomó el COE Nacional para frenar la expansión del virus y cuáles fueron sus efectos en los emprendimientos, las acciones operativas que implementaron los emprendedores para hacer frente a esta crisis, las consecuencias de no realizar ningún acción estratégica y por último se plantea una propuesta de fortalecimiento a los emprendimientos mediante herramientas y tecnologías que todo emprendedor puede utilizar para mejorar la gestión, las finanzas y la logística de su negocio, además de que ayuda a expandir el emprendimiento y a aumentar las ventas. |
