Abstract

Abstract:The present work entitled: "Academic preferences of the students of the Law School and its link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through the study of sentences" collects within itself, some of the most relevant aspects of the Objects of Sustainable development; and, particularly SDG no. 16. Regarding the latter in particular, we have proceeded to extract some of the protected elements or rights in order to subsequently proceed toanalyze them individually, from their doctrinal conceptions to their application in the legal field.In the same way, once these rights have been analysed, an analysis of a sentence issued by the Constitutional Court is subsequently carried out, starting from the background of the case, taking up the arguments of the court that served to motivate the decision, the norms that were used by the judges and the resolution.Finally, thanks to these aspects, it was possible to link the SDGs to the analyzed resolution, incorporating some aspects related to our current reality and COVID 19, in order to be able to point out conclusions and recommendations.
