Abstract

Abstract: The legal research work, inherent to the correspondence of Sentence No. 83-16-IN within Ecuadorian Constitutional Law, with the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development, represents for civil society the certainty that there is still an institution in the country,same that is felt through the judgments of the Constitutional Court; The selected sentence is directly related to the fulfillment of the obligations that the Ecuadorian state, jointly assumed with several countries. Thus, the sustainable objective No.16 that contemplates peace, justice and solid institutions, has a direct correlation with theselected sentence, peace inasmuch as the Sentence gives peace of mind to approximately 400.571 affected, belonging to the Social Security of the Public Force ; Justice because despite the wait since 2016, by 2021 it was possible to vindicate the rights ofsocial security, affected by the validity of the Law that was published in October 2016; and solid institutions because the ruling returned to ISSPOL and ISSFA the financing powers, which will allow them to strengthen and be solid.
