Abstract

Abstract: The Sustainable Development Goals, also known as the Global Goals, were adopted as a collective call to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure peace and prosperity for all by 2030. SDG16 is closely linked to human rights and It is the fundamental basisof the rest of the objectives, its importance lies in promoting peaceful and inclusive societies to achieve sustainable development, and it aims to facilitate everyone's access to justice and establish effective, efficient, responsible and inclusive institutions at all levels. From the academy, the study of the SDGs, allows to provide contributions that guarantee the fulfillment of human rights, so its study is essential, serving as the basis for the development of other more indepth investigations on the subject, especially in the context of current reality as a result of the covid-19 pandemic.
