Abstract

Abstract: The present titling work called academic preferences of the students of the Law School and its link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through the study of sentences, started with the objective of carrying out an analysis of the sentence issued by the Inter- American Court of Human Rights (IACHR) on the CASE OF GONZÁLES LLUY ET AL. V. ECUADOR. The methodology was based on an orientation to the process of reviewing jurisprudence of a theoretical - deductive type, with a socio-legal nature, the techniques used were the signing and the study of sentences through online research. The results show the presence of a violation of the right to health by the Ecuadorian State, to a three-year-old girl infected with HIV by blood transfusion within the Red Cross of Azuay. It is concluded that the case required an in-depth approach to the international process through both national and international doctrine and jurisprudence, through knowledge of the procedures and functions of the Commission and the IACHR, in order to determine the international responsibility of the Ecuadorian State.
