| Abstract: | Abstract: The purpose of this degree work is to show the link between the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and academic preferences through the study of judgments, analyzing the level of compliance with the goals in accordance with the progress of public policies.The research is focused on the study of the ODS No. 16 and its link with the judgmentcorresponding to the subjectof preference as a complement to optimize the knowledge of the future lawyer.The methodology applied has a qualitative approach in which the systematic method, exegetical method, method of analysis and synthesis is applied. The research has the character of theoretical deductive, socio-legal, exploratory and projective.The judgment chosen is No. 26-13-IN/20 issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador that analyzes "The unconstitutionality of the final paragraph of article 315 of the Tax Code that establishes the classification of tax infractions", linked to SDG No. 16 that is based on the rights of access to quality justice, legal certainty and the right to good public administration. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente trabajo de titulación tiene como propósito mostrarla vinculación de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS)con las preferencias académicas por medio del estudio de sentencias, analizando el nivel de cumplimiento de los objetivos en concordancia con el progreso de las políticas públicas. La investigación se encuentra enfocada al estudio del ODS No.16 y su vínculo con la sentencia correspondiente a la asignatura de preferencia, como el complemento para optimizar los conocimientos del futuro abogado. La metodología aplicada tiene un enfoque cualitativo en la que se aplica el método sistemático, método exegético, método de análisis y síntesis. La investigación tiene el carácter de teórico deductiva, socio-jurídica, exploratoria y proyectiva. La sentencia elegida es la No. 26-13-IN/20expedida por la Corte Constitucional del Ecuador que analiza La inconstitucionalidad del inciso final del artículo 315 del Código Tributario que establece la clasificación de las infracciones tributarias , vinculada con el ODS No. 16que se fundamenta en los derechos de acceso a la justicia de calidad, seguridad jurídica y el Derecho a la buena Administración Pública. |
