Abstract

Abstract: This research seeks to know the factors that converge in the graduate of the Law degree of the Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja and its link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science, for what which; a study is linked in a practical way towards these objectives and in a specific way of this work with Nro. 3, directed to the protection guarantee of access to the health system that ensures the healthy life and well-being of all people. Thus, by means of a systematic methodology and with a theoretical-deductive investigation, using the signing (informative and linking), of a socio-legal nature; When reviewing the sentence issued by the Constitutional Court Nro.209-15-JH and 359-18-JH of November 12, 2019, it is concluded that people deprived of liberty often cannot access health services, medical care, appropriate treatments and medicines (even in catastrophic diseases) and of quality through the detention centers, violating or expressly omitting the SDGs and specifically, health and well-being.
