Abstract: In a society in which the only constant is change and taking into consideration that the study and exercise of legal and social sciences is one of the most competitive and profitable areas, it is necessary for the students to identify which one of these branches is more suitable for them based on their professional aspirations. Identifying academic preferences happens to be a fundamental step and even one of the most important ones in a student s development process, that s why the compromise we hold with society and with ourselves intensifies, when choosing in which specific area of legal sciences we well be able to achieve a better development. In this assignment, the student will have the opportunity to make a mindful analysis about the areas of study he or she finds the most appealing to his or her preferences, throughout the examination and study of a judgement while also perceiving what kind of correlation this sentence has with the Objectives of Sustainable Development (ODS) of his/her choosing.
