Abstract

Abstract: The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) implemented in 2015 by the United Nations (UN), it has been an important step in the pursuit of rights and equality. In such a way, this work isbased on the academic preferences of law career and its link to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the study of judgments, in which its general objective is the study of a judgment related to SDG No. 10 on reducing inequality and ensuring timely, acceptable and above all quality care regardless of its condition. Case No. 209-15-JH/19 was reviewed, in which the reality that exists in Ecuador is concluded where people deprived of liberty do not have access to quality health services. It is necessary to mention that health is a right and public service in which the constitution refers to access to the health system without any discrimination. Through this study, it was possible to identify the skills learned by law students along with the subject of their choice in such a way that society can be helped to solve legal problems and provide legal advice.Finally, this following work presents the conclusions and recommendations obtained, as well as the bibliographic references taken from the different online books and magazine articles that were used in the course of our study.
