Abstract

Abstract: Currently, energy efficiency is the topic of greatest interest worldwide due to climate change that affects our planet, it is important to mitigate this effect through this titling work whose proposal is the energy qualification and certification of the Dolores building, belonging to Ing. Pablo Ambrosi Bustamante. The study and the proposal are carried out using two software tools CERMA and CE3X. Characterizing the building under study in terms of thermal envelope, surrounding obstacles and load systems allows to obtain the qualification of the current state, it is used as a base case for the improvement proposal simulated in the two tools, fulfilling the objective of obtaining a high qualification. without affecting the comfort that the building provides to its inhabitants. At the end, a comparison between the proposals and a technical-economic analysis that give profitability of the improvements is shown.
