| dc.description | Resumen: El presente trabajo aborda un caso de problemas en la relación entre esposos, codificado según la CIE-10 con Z63.0 y en el DSM-5bajo el códigoV61.10; se trata de una mujer de 33 años y un hombre de 37 años que acuden a consulta por: dificultades en el cuidado de los hijos, problemas económicos, resentimiento, conductas hostiles e insatisfacción con las expresiones afectivas. La evaluación incluyó: 5 entrevistas semiestructuradas, 2 genogramas, 1 ficha de observación y 4 reactivos psicológicos (DAS, ASPA, RBI y Cuestionario Salamanca). Se aplicó un tratamiento con enfoque integrativo basado en la Terapia de pareja Cognitivo-Conductual (TCCP), Terapia de Aceptación y Compromiso (TAC) y Psicoterapia Gestáltica durante 8 sesiones de 90 minutos, y 2 sesiones de seguimiento. Los resultados según los objetivos terapéuticos reportan una mejoría en la interacción y calidad del vínculo; concluyendo, que el tratamiento favoreció cambios a nivel cognitivo, conductual y emociona. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: The present paper deals with a case of problems in the relationship between spouses, coded according to ICD-10 with Z63.0 and in the DSM-5 under code V61.10; it is a 33-year-old woman and a 37-year-old man who come for consultation due to: difficulties in the care of the children, economic problems, resentment, hostile behaviors and dissatisfaction with affective expressions. The evaluation included: 5 semi structured interviews, 2 genograms, 1 observation sheet and 4 psychological reagents (DAS, ASPA, RBI and Salamanca Questionnaire). A treatment with integrative approach based on Cognitive-Behavioral Couple Therapy (CBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Gestalt Psychotherapy was applied during 8 sessions of 90 minutes, and 2 follow-up sessions. The results according to the therapeutic objectives report an improvement in the interaction and quality of the bond; concluding that the treatment favored changes at a cognitive, behavioral and emotional level. | es_ES |
