Análisis del comportamiento y afinidad de género en las microfinanzas de la Fundación de Desarrollo Comunitario sin Fronteras

Abstract

Abstract: This project was developed with the purpose of providing the managers of the Community Development Sin Bordras Foundation, a proposal to create new strategies that allow expanding its offer in the market. For its development, a theoretical, analytical and practical methodology, characteristics, was used. Its general objective is to analyze the behavior and affinity of gender in the microphonances of the foundation. The first specific objective includes an analysis of the situational diagnosis of the Foundation, knowing its structural and functional organization. Through the second specific objective, a study of gender behavior and affinity was carried out in microfinance, and through a comparative analysis it was determined that as credit relations to access to credit are affected. The third objective was able to identify the necessary requirements of the Foundation, through the application of surveys. The results obtained in it are concluded situational analysis and analysis on credit relations served as a fundamental basis for the improvement proposal of the Foundation, finally the conclusions, recommendations and annexes that support the investigation are finally raised.
