| dc.description | Resumen: Se presenta un caso clínico de un adulto joven de 26 años de edad con trastorno por consumo perjudicial de alcohol que se encuentra en un centro de rehabilitación ambulatorio. La intervención se realizó en base a la terapia cognitivo-conductual a través de 13 sesiones. El proceso de evaluación fue realizado a partir de la entrevista semiestructurada, la observación directa y la aplicación de reactivos: Inventario de ansiedad de Beck (BAI), Cuestionario para el consumo de alcohol (AUDIT), Escala de autoestimación Lucy Reidl, escala de ansiedad de Hamilton, entre otros, en donde los resultados obtenidos indican la presencia de tal patología, por lo cual se elaboró un plan terapéutico, con el objetivo de promover un mejor estilo de vida en abstinencia, disminuyendo su consumo, asi como su sintomatología depresiva, para mejorar la calidad de vida del paciente, fortaleciendo su circulo de apoyo familiar y persosonal. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: A clinical case of a 26-year-old young adult with harmful alcohol use disorder in an outpatient rehabilitation center is presented. The intervention was carried out based on cognitive-behavioral therapy through 13 sessions. The evaluation process was carried out based on semi-structured interview, direct observation and the application of reagents: Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), Alcohol Use Questionnaire (AUDIT), Lucy Reidl Self-Esteem Scale, Hamilton Anxiety Scale, among others, where the results obtained indicate the presence of such pathology, for which a therapeutic plan was developed, with the aim of promoting a better lifestyle in abstinence, decreasing their consumption, as well as their depressive symptomatology, to improve the patient's quality of life, strengthening their family and personal circle of support. | es_ES |
