| Abstract: | Abstract: This project presents an analysis of Sustainable Development Goal 16, and its evidence in Ecuadorian regulations, comparing its mechanisms with the efficiency of the laws to achieve the objectives of the aforementioned document, to understand their applicability in real situations in search of justice asis the sentence with which it will work, and to determine the content of this, the applied regulations, and the statements of the promotion of peaceful, inclusive societies as an essential basis of the sustainable development of each nation, in accordancewith the content of the judgment that evidences access to justice for all, which is the core part of the aforementioned resolution, also seeking that the institutions that are involved in the process, evolve in effectiveness. It is a study that is carriedout from the legal point of view, taking into account the repercussions of the sentence when ordering reforms in the regulations of institutional action, in the form of interpretation that must be given to the legal system and the form of application of recognized international instruments by Ecuador. |
| Description: | Resumen: Este proyecto presenta un análisis del Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible 16, y su evidencia en la normativa ecuatoriana, cotejando sus mecanismos con la eficiencia de las leyes para alcanzar los objetivos del mencionado documento, para entender la aplicabilidad de estos en situaciones reales de búsqueda de justicia como es la sentencia con la cual se trabajará, e ir determinando el contenido de esta, la normativa aplicada, y los enunciados de la promoción de sociedades pacíficas, inclusivas como base esencial del desarrollo sostenible de cada nación, en concordancia con el contenido de la sentencia que evidencia el acceso a la justicia para todos, que es la parte medular de dicha resolución mencionada, en búsqueda también de que la instituciones que se encuentran como intervinientes en el proceso, evolucionen en eficacia. Es un estudio que se realiza desde lo jurídico, teniendo en cuenta las repercusiones dela sentencia al ordenar reformas en la normativa del accionar institucional, en la forma de interpretación que se le debe dar al ordenamiento jurídicoy la forma de aplicación deinstrumentos internacionales reconocidos por el Ecuador. |
