Abstract

Abstract: This research analyzes how the violation of the fundamental rights of each of the individuals that affect the fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) worldwide, these objectives seek to achieve a fair, equitableand sustainable society for all. Specifically in this research work, the study concerning SDG No. 16 is carried out, which contemplates promoting peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, facilitating access to justice for all and building effective and accountable institutions at all levels. This objective has been linked to the study of a sentence issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, for a case of embezzlement committed by a group of public servants. The present case work brings to light the reality that is lived at the time of administering justice, in which the legal bodies in charge of enforcing it, violate the rights of society such as due process, at the time of omitting or evading certain necessary requirements. to issue a resolution, which would help the parties involved in the process to declare a state of innocence or guilt.Keywords:SDG, Embezzlement,.
