Abstract

Abstract: In this thesis, an analysis and evaluation of those factors that influence so that the Graduate of the UTPL Law degree is inclined to develop certain preferences within the various areas of the Legal Profession is carried out. In the same way, through the study of a sentence corresponding to the area of Administrative Law, referring to the legality of the administrative act, issued by the National Court of Justice, it is determined that it is linked to SDG 16 regarding Peace, Justice and Solid Institutions, the rights that it protects are established, among which the fight against corruption, access to justice for all and the construction of effective, responsible and transparent institutions stand out. The legal regulations and the doctrine that supports the fulfillment of these rights, both nationally and internationally, are analyzed. This analysis leads to determine that the preferences developed by law school graduates for certain areas are influenced by their own experiences lived within their family environment, the opinion of society and even what the media express.
