| Abstract: | Abstract: The present research work that is equivalent to the degree work, we emphasize academic preferences, where we refer to Civil Law since it is a subject that encompasses and promises a lot thanks to its evolution, together with a sentence selected from the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, which focuses on a food trial towards the mother, violating her rights and those of her children by denying her on several occasions that it be available and set an economic value in such a way to guarantee the well-being and a dignified life of the children, what described above, we link with the Sustainable Development Goals, its orientation is to change the world by raising awareness of humanity through good practices, this is related to gender equality that is framed as objective no. 05, these objectives are causing a great impact that as time evolves, they are setting trends and directing us towards a future where if we apply said manual we are promising ourselves in the future to live in harmony with everything that surrounds us. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente trabajo de investigación que equivale al trabajo de titulación, hacemos énfasis a las preferencias académicas, donde hacemos referencia al Derecho Civil ya que es una asignatura que engloba y promete mucho gracias a su evolución, conjuntamente con una sentencia seleccionada a de la Corte Constitucional del Ecuador, que se enfoca un juicio de alimentos hacia la progenitora, violando sus derechos y los de sus hijos negándole por varias ocasiones que se disponga y fije un valor económico de tal manera para garantizar el bienestar y una vida digna de los niños, lo descrito anteriormente enlazamos con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, su orientación es cambiar al mundo concientizando a la humanidad a través de las buenas prácticas, esto hace relación con la igualdad de género que se enmarca como objetivo nro. 05, dichos objetivos van causando un gran impacto que a medida como va evolucionando el tiempo, estos van marcando tendencia y dirigiéndonos hacia un futuro en donde si lo aplicamos dicho manual nos estamos prometiendo en un futuro vivir en armonía con todo lo que nos rodea. |
