Principios del constructivismo en la propuesta pedagógica Institucional de la Unidad Educativa Ovidio Decroly

Abstract

Abstract: Educational institutions have been changing their way of imparting knowledge leaving behind certain outdated methodologies such as repetition and memorization giving way to the student to build their own learning, that is why this research work is oriented to analyze and reflect on the Constructivist Theory within the Institutional Pedagogical Proposal of the Ovidio Decroly Educational Unit of Catamayo canton, the main objective of the work is the explanation of the contribution of Constructivism to student learning as the basis of the Institutional Pedagogical Proposal, For this purpose, the rector of the educational unit was asked for the Pedagogical Proposal and using the content analysis method, we proceeded to identify and relate the principles of constructivism with which the institution works and also emphasize their importance within the pedagogical work from the perspective of different authors and the contribution of constructivism in the guidelines for teaching and learning as well as in the way of evaluating the student, since constructivism creates significant knowledge in students.
