Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to know the importance of the sdgs, especially Objective number 3 since, this SDG protects Human Rights of utmost importance such as the Rightto Health and Access to the Health System, that is why this research is based on the case study, where a clear example of violation of the aforementioned Rights can be evidenced, for this the dialectical method was used, which helped to have a clear conclusion of why this type of transgressions arise, especially to people who are within the priority care group, who are in constant violation of their Rights because they are in a fragile state. Consequently, it has been evidenced through the study of the judgment that the violation of the Right to Health and Access to the Health System occurs frequently to people belonging to priority care groups, taking their cases to the Courts of Justice in order to demand reparation for their Violated Rights.
