Abstract

Abstract: The following degree work is an analysis of the academic preferences of the students of the Law School and its link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through the study of sentences, which criminal law and SDG # 5 on "gender equality", are protagonists in the analysis of a sentence that demonstrates injustices in the discrimination of women. Discrimination and inequality have been on the international radar for many years, in the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) of the United Nations Organization, as in the current ODS announced by the same patent; Ecuador also through the Constitution and other legal bodies have the objective of putting an end to this problem with ideas that promote the development of communities. It is important that there is no impunity in the violation of women, therefore, international patents, the government and the criminal area, must be responsible for guaranteeing the protection and justice of the victims, but also the punishment of the guilty.
