| Abstract: | Abstract: The present academic work carries out a detailed study of the Academic Preferences of the students of the Law Career and its link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the study of judgments, within the framework of solving legal problems of a global nature. In order to eradicate environmental decline and achieve a contribution towards a responsible planet; SDG number 15 corresponding to "Life of terrestrial ecosystems" has been selected and its link with judgment 22-18-IN/21 of the Constitutional Court, where this body covers an interpretation of the rights of nature and the regulation of the right to environmental consultation. The research work is divided into four chapters; the first being the theoretical framework where it analyzes the importance of the selected SDG, the matter of preference and the selected sentence; in the second, a description of the study methods and materials was made; in the third the results obtained and finally the fourth where the topics postulated in the objectives are discussed; to finally provide conclusions and recommendations. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente trabajo académico realiza un estudio pormenorizado de las Preferencias Académicas de los estudiantes de la Carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias, en el marco de solucionar problemas jurídicos de carácter global. Con la finalidad de erradicar el declive ambiental y lograr una contribución hacia un planeta responsable; se ha seleccionado el ODS número 15 correspondiente a la Vida de ecosistemas terrestres y su vinculación con la sentencia 22-18-IN/21 de la Corte Constitucional, en donde este organismo abarca una interpretación de los derechos de la naturaleza y la regulación del derecho a la consulta ambiental. El trabajo investigativo se divide en cuatro capítulos; siendo el primero el marco teórico en donde analiza la importancia del ODS 15, la materia de preferencia y la sentencia seleccionada; en el segundo, se realizó una descripción de los métodos de estudio y materiales; en el tercero los resultados obtenidos y por último el cuarto en donde se discute los temas postulados en los objetivos; para finalmente brindar conclusiones y recomendaciones. |
