| Description: | Resumen: El presente trabajo investigativo, presenta los alcances del progreso y retroceso a alcanzar el ODS16 vinculado con el estudio de sentencia en materia penal en el Ecuador, se investigó el problema de fondo como la paz, la justicia y las instituciones en el Ecuador, encontrándose en ellos vulneración a los derechos constitucionales como el derecho de igualdad, no discriminación, tutela judicial efectiva y justicia; se analizó el alcance del derecho a la vida, la libertad, la inclusión, el acceso gratuito a la justicia, empleando métodos de investigación sistemático, teórico deductiva, socio-jurídica, análisis y síntesis, método exegético, jurídico exploratoria, todo esto a fin de contribuir con los estudiantes que vienen tras de nosotros con conocimiento sólido, contribuir con las personas interesadas en los derechos que tutela la Constitución del República.Con el trabajo investigativo realizado, se concluyó, que en el Ecuador las instituciones públicas carecen de solidez, incluyéndola en estas instituciones a la encargada de administrar justicia, que los afectados son la sociedad civil, el Estado y las mismas instituciones, perjudicando un bien jurídico, El desarrollo del Ecuador . |
