Abstract

Abstract: In this work, sexual exploitation is analyzed as a problem that is generated in society; and, we will link it with the Sustainable Development Goals at the global level, this research will specifically analyze the study concerning SDG No. 16, regarding the protected legal asset "sexual integrity", with a gender approach free of prejudice and stereotypes. This objective is linked to the admissibility requirements of the cassation appeal indicated by law. We will determine the typicity of the crime of trafficking, we will make a critical legal analysis of Judgment No. 0098-2016, of Resolution: 874-2017 issued by the National Court of Justice where the defendant Mr. Valle Freire Diego was accused of the crime of traffics in persons and files an appeal, where he intends to allege that he has a disability and that, therefore, he cannot be charged. The victim in the case is a minor, who testified that she never noticed this condition in the process. The judicial authorities must carry out all investigative activities in order to guarantee the rights in dispute and the dignity of women.
