Abstract

Abstract: Development Goal No.16 "Promote just, peaceful and inclusive societies" is one of the objectives set by the United Nations in 2015, in its 2030 agenda; it addresses the concept of peace, justice and solid institutions within the international context by identifying the violation of constitutional rights for several years, such as legal security and effective judicial protection, the first focuses on respect and compliance with the rights that all citizens have with violations carried out by public institutions and legal institutions, secondly, they focus on the judgments or acts in charge of the competent authorities, they are issued according to a clear motivation and above all adheres to the law, these constitutional rights are appreciated in the extraordinary action for protection presented in the Constitutional Court No. 308-14-EP/20, presented by an unjust nullity of an arbitral award in the courts of justice of Santo Domingo for the ignorance of arbitration and mediation. All the above is present in this legal research, focused on the analysis of objective 16 of the SDGs with the subject of Mediation and Arbitration.
