| dc.description | Resumen: La humanidad ha venido enfrentando a un letal virus denominado COVID-19,tipo de coronavirus que ha causado aislamientos psicológicos .Ecuador, no escapa de esta pandemia, por tanto, el presente trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo describir los estados de salud mental de los trabajadores sanitarios durante la pandemia del COVID-19en la ciudad de Quito durante elaño2021. Se encuestó en línea a 44 profesionales de la salud por medio de los siguientes diseños de investigación: no experimental, transversal, exploratoria, descriptiva, cuantitativa. Y el análisis de base de datos se realizó a través del programa estadístico Statistical Package for theSocial Sciences (SPSS).Se aplicaron los siguientes instrumentos adhoc sociodemográfico, MBI-HSS, DASS 21, AAQ -II, UCLA-3 y PSQI. Se encontró en cuanto a las dimensiones del síndrome de burnout(agotamiento emocional)el 43.2% alto agotamiento, resultados más significativos, seguidos de efectos leves. Los datos evidencian la necesidad de tratar el estado de vulnerabilidad de la salud mental de los profesionales. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: Humanity has been facing a deadly virus called COVID-19, a type of coronavirus that has caused psychological isolation. Ecuador does not escape this pandemic, therefore, this research work aims to describe the mental health states of health workers during the COVID-19 pandemicin the city of Quito during the year 2021. It was surveyed online to 44 health professionals through the following research designs: non-experimental, cross-sectional, exploratory, descriptive, quantitative. And the database analysis was performed throughthe statistical program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS).The following sociodemographic ad hoc instruments were applied, MBI-HSS, DASS 21, AAQ -II, UCLA-3 and PSQI. Regarding the dimensions of the burnout syndrome (emotional exhaustion), 43.2% were found to be highly exhausted, the most significant results, followed by mild effects. The data show the need to treat the state of vulnerability of the mental health of professionals. | es_ES |
