Propuesta de un restaurante temático a través del modelo Canvas, en la ciudad de Nueva Loja, provincia de Sucumbíos,2022

Abstract

Abstract: This investigative study called Proposal for a thematicrestaurant through the Canvas model, in the city of Nueva Lojacity, Sucumbíos province, 2022 , has the objective of knowing the degree or acceptance of the thematic restaurant in the city of Nueva Loja.The study starts from a general description to a particular one, through the collection of technical information that supports the fundamentals, concepts and theories of the investigative work. It was a study carried out in the project area, in order to know the geographical, sociocultural and tourismfeatures of this territory.The study also allowed us to know the preferences, tastes and needs of the population of Nueva Loja. With the data obtained it was possible to elaborate the proposal or business model determining the market segment, the value proposal and the cost structure.Likewise, it was identified that the thematic restaurant will be designed with local materials such as: bamboo cane, wood, ornamental plants and orchids, among others, giving a natural environment.It concludes that the thematic restaurant in Nueva Loja is viable, offering national dishes.
