Abstract

Abstract: The research work analyzes the academic preferences of the students of the Law School and its link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through the study of sentences. Within the same theme, it seeks to relate to the ruling, the rights protected by the Sustainable Development Goal No. 16: Peace, Justice and Solid Institutions, which states as rights to protect: Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for Sustainable Development, provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels (ONU, 2017). It will be verified if the sentence protects the constitutional rights that are cited in it and, in turn, will be related to the matter chosen as a preference within the mesh that is Constitutional Law, which in the arguments of the Constitutional Court, said entity determines that it is competent. To know and resolve the extraordinary actions of protection against sentences, definitive orders and resolutions with the force of sentence, which are rights protected in the Constitution and are the reason for filing the action that generated the sentence under study.
