Abstract

Abstract:This end-of-degree project includes the legal analysis of the sentence of the National Court of Criminal Justice in compliance with the objectives of the Sustainable Development Plan in its number sixteen, which dates from institutional strengthening, in compliance with international standards, where the National Court of Justice applies said legal mandate efficiently, under the principles of motivation, objective and effective analysis of the evidence. The contribution is based on the use of technological means to obtain information, disseminate it and analyze it, and with the study of the social development plan together with the sentence, it is possible to demonstrate the strengthening of national legal norms in accordance with international agreements that ensure the judicial decision in international standards of legal quality ensuring the institutionality of justice, maintain an image of equality and application of rights in a fair manner. This leads us to the undoubted conclusion of the guarantee of the right under the legal certainty and judicial protection that derive in the motivation, its study and learning are deepened.
