Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research work is to analyze SDG 5: Achieve gender equality andempower all women and girls, relate it to the National Development Plan of Ecuador,around public policies for gender equality, that are applied at the Ecuadorian level toallow greater participation of women and girls, overcoming gaps that have historicallyremainedrootedinthepatriarchalsystem,thisiscomplementedbystudyingconstitutionalprecepts thatoriginate after the sentenceofextraordinary protectionaction cited and that form part of the case study developed in the correspondingepigraphthatemphaticallycreatesjurisprudence.In the same way, there is the legal and doctrinal contribution from various approachesor precepts according to the treatment it has at the national and international level ofvarious authors, educated and specialists in the field of gender equality in a way thatallowsgreaterconnectionwiththelawcareerespeciallyinthesubjectofpreferencethatreferstohumanrightsandconstitutionaljustice.
