Abstract

Abstract: The present investigative work has been motivated to know the criteria of the students at the time of concluding their career and to assess their career competencies of their preference that can contribute to solving legal problems.The analysis of Sustainable Development Goal 16 has been inserted: Promote fair, peaceful and inclusive societies, together with protected rights, which are aimed at ensuring that people live in a harmonious and dignified environment.The selected sentence has allowed us to analyze and confront with statements and doctrinal and legal reflections a case of daily life that occurs constantly and that minors have to go through to access their rights that despite being enshrined in different legal bodies, are it violates them.Contributions have been made from the training experience in the academic career and according to the moment in which we live, especially when we are living in a technological era of constant changes and advances in communication.
