| dc.description | Resumen: En la presente investigación se analizó la vulneración de los derechos humanos reconocidos universalmente, lo cual afecta a los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible establecidos internacionalmente, los cuales tienen por finalidad alcanzar una sociedad sostenible, En este caso mediante el estudio de la sentencia emitida por la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos por la desaparición forzada del señor Vásquez Durand, se estudió específicamente el objetivo nro.16 de los ODS, con el cual se busca consolidar instituciones sólidas, alcanzar la justicia social y la paz. Por último, se analizaron las políticas públicasy los planes implementados por el Estado Ecuatoriano para la aplicación correcta de los ODS, y así mismo, garantizar el efectivo goce de los derechos humanos establecidos universalmente en la normativa nacional. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: In this research we analyzed the violation of universally recognized human rights, which affects the internationally established Sustainable Development Goals, which aim to achieve a sustainable society. In this case, through the study of the sentence issued by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights for the enforced disappearance of Mr. Vásquez Durand, we specifically studied Goal 16 of the SDGs, which seeks to consolidate strong institutions, achieve social justice and peace. Finally, the public policies and plans implemented by the Ecuadorian State for the correct application of the SDGs were analyzed, as well as to guarantee the effective enjoyment of the human rights established universally in the national legislation. | es_ES |
