| dc.description | Resumen: Gobierno y gestión: Análisis de la gestión del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal de Pucarádesde una perspectiva poblacional, periodo 2019 2022. El análisis de la percepción sobre la gestión de los gobiernos locales se convierte en un tema de gran interés, puesto que, permite conocerlas preferencias de los individuos y crear instrumentos que permitan medirla. El presente estudio tiene por objetivo analizar la percepción de la población pucareña en torno a la gestión de GAD Municipal en el periodo 2019 -2022, con el propósito de definir la percepción de los individuos y evaluar las posibles razones de los resultados. Para conseguir el objetivo se emplea una metodología bajo el enfoque mixto, yde tipo descriptivo, apoyándose en los instrumentos como las encuestas, entrevistas y análisis documental. Los resultados de las encuestas evidenciaron una percepción negativa de la población en torno a la gestión local. Por tal motivo, el análisis cualitativo permitió contrastar la percepción poblacional y las de los funcionarios del GAD Municipal. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: Government and management: Analysis of the management of the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government of Pucará from a population perspective, period 2019 -2022. The analysis of the perception on the management of local governments becomes a topic of great interest, since it allows knowing the preferences of individuals and creating instruments to measure it. The objective of this study is to analyze the perception of the population of Pucara regarding the management of GAD Municipal in the period 2019 -2019, with the purpose of defining the perception of individuals and evaluating the possible reasons for the results. In order to achieve the objective, a methodology under the mixed approach is used, and of descriptive type, relying on instruments such as surveys, interviews and documentary analysis. The results of the surveys showed a negative perception of the population regarding local management. For this reason, the qualitative analysis made it possible to contrast the population's perception with that of the Municipal Government officials. | es_ES |
