Abstract

Abstract: The research work: "Academic preferences of the students of the Law Career and its link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the study of sentences", aimed to know the factors that converge in the Graduate of the Law Career of the UTPL to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization in this, that is why the following research methods were used: analytical and deductive; the technique used was the filing and study of sentences through online research, using the Virtual Learning Environment of the UTPL. The results are: some variables have been selected, on which reflective, critical and propositional analysis is developed, explaining the reasons or justifications selected (variables) based on the study of sentences, in the same way taking as a basis the SDG (16) to base our study providing a better result at the time of the analysis of this area which in our case is Criminal Law, based on the sentence of the substitution of preventive imprisonment.
