Abstract: This research is carried out based on a study sentence and compliance with the Sustainable Development Goal, which seeks to achieve the objective of just, peaceful and inclusive societies where rules that are transparent, efficient and necessary to protect themselves are established. the rights of people throughout the world. In this judgment, an extraordinary protection action is requested in the Constitutional Court of Ecuador in the case where Mr. Ángel Wilfrido Ruiz Murillo reveals that his constitutional rights to due process have been violated In the guarantees of compliance with the regulations, an analysis is carried out with Goal 16 of Sustainable Development where equality is guaranteed in the form of participation, access to justice, access to information is obtained, institutions with effective establishments where the responsibility and transparency in the laws does not discriminate against anyone this achievement depends on society as a whole rights, defenders, women, youth, people with disabilities, migrants, indigenous peoples, among others, always with equal rights and social justice.
