| Abstract: | Abstract: In this research work, the possible academic preferences of the students of the Law Career wereanalyzed through the study of sentences and that affects the reasoning of the SustainableDevelopment Goals (SDGs), which are aligned to establish a better society, where equalopportunities, rights and justice prevail.For thisreason, the analysis in this study is competent to SDG N. 4, and analyze the sentenceNo. 1894-10-JP/20, which is within the scope of Discrimination against Women in the EducationalContext due to Pregnancy, where a problem is noted in the application of the ruling that violatesthe rights of the cadet Tatiana Coronel Silva. This sentence analyzes the violations to the right toequality and non-discrimination in all its direct and indirect forms, as well as the violations to theright to education and aboveall to life; therefore, it is fundamental that they continue with a fourthlevel preparation to complement their education. |
| Description: | Resumen: En este trabajo investigativo, se analizó las posibles preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la Carrera de Derecho a través del estudio de sentencias y que afecta al razonamiento de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS), los mismos que se alinean a establecer una sociedad mejor, donde prime la igualdad de oportunidades, derechos y de justicia.Por tal razón, el análisis dentro de este estudio es competente al ODS N. 4, y analizar la sentencia No. 1894-10-JP/20, que se encuentra dentro del ámbito Discriminación a las Mujeres en el contexto Educativo por Condición de Embarazo, donde se deja notar un problema en la aplicación del dictamen que vulnera los derechos dela cadete Tatiana Coronel Silva. Esta sentencia analiza las violaciones al derecho a la igualdad y a la no discriminación en todas sus formas directa e indirecta, así como las violaciones al derecho a la educación y sobre todo a la vida; por lo tanto, es fundamental que continúen con una preparación de cuarto nivel para complementar su educación. |
