Abstract

Abstract: The AscendereProject is oriented towards the development of educational innovation and research at a local, national and international level that seeks to channel and promote all the initiatives of the university community that promote learning and teaching with the use of new technologies, Educational Resources open and new teaching methodologies, for this reason the following work proposal is based on the elaboration of an Administrative Management Model that allows basing its management on strategic plans and key processes that make the activities of the ecosystem more efficient. This research has been developed based on qualitative analysis through the study of the current situation of the ecosystem and the main problems that affect its development, takingintoaccount the points of view of the members that compose it and the suggestions of teachers who know the development of activities. The proposal is based on the indicators detected in the research process, where it could be obtained through a diagnosis through the application of a survey and interviews with the members of the group.
