Abstract: The present title work is an analysis of the academic preferences of thestudents of the Legal Career and their linkage with the Objectives of Sustainable Development (SDG) through the study of sentences, which is the criminal right and which is the SDG#16 on Peace, Justiceand Solid Institutions is based on promoting fair, peaceful and inclusive societies, providing access to justiceand forming effective and responsible institutions.Several regions of the world comprise stable levels of peace and good government, while others find themselves in a permanent situation of conflict, violence and lack of governance. These phenomena have an impact on people who are exposed to different forms of abuse, affecting more vulnerable groups, such as women and children.Promote societies based on transparency and good government, with transparent and accountable public institutions; respect for human rights, with citizens who have freedom and basic conditions to live in dignity and peace, where citizens can exercise their rights in equalityand the institutions manage to develop their functions in an undeniable way.
