| Abstract: | Abstract: The theme of this project is the academic preferences of the students of the Law School and its link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through the study of sentences, which seeks first to review the academic preferences of the students and in Based on them, the matter of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure was chosen and the JUDGMENT OF JUNE 8, 2018 N ° 0785-2018 promulgated by the Court of Criminal Guarantees based in the canton of Loja related to the CASE CRIME OF FIMEICIDE OF CLAUDIA JAZMÍN LEÓN SAMANIEGO BY JONATHAN ALCÍVAR LEÓN LEÓN, and in turn this was subsumed with the Sustainable Development Goal No. 16. Study sheets and various research methods typical of the legal sciences were also implemented to be able to study the aforementioned sentence accordingly. , that as a result it was possible to demonstrate the violation of various rights such as the right to liberty, legal certainty, judicial protection effective and due process. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente proyecto tiene como tema Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la Carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias , el cual busca en primer lugar revisar las preferencias académicas de los estudiantes y en base a ellos se eligió la materia de Derecho Penal y Procesal Penaly la SENTENCIA DE 8 DE JUNIO DE 2018 N° 0785-2018 promulgada por el Tribunal de Garantías Penales con sede en el cantón de Loja relacionada con el CASO: DELITO DE FIMEICIDIO DE CLAUDIA JAZMÍN LEÓN SAMANIEGO POR JONATHAN ALCÍVAR LEÓN LEÓN, y a su vez esto se subsumió con el Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible No. 16. También se implementaron fichas de estudio y diversos métodos de investigación propios de las ciencias jurídicas para poder estudiar de manera acorde la mencionada sentencia, que como resultado se pudo evidenciar la vulneración de diversos derechos como el derecho a la libertad, seguridad jurídica, tutela judicial efectiva y debido proceso. |
