Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible a través del estudio de sentencias

Abstract

Abstract: The research project is entitled: Academic preferences of the students of the Law career and its link with the Sustainable Development Goals through the study of sentences that has as general objective to know the factors that influence the students of the Law career of the UTPL to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science, for this, the analysis of the sentence No. 145-15-EP/2 of 2014, for the crime of Traffic with Death, for damages and immaterial damage together with the SDG No. 16 was carried out. The sample required sentences established between 2015 and 2020, the methods applied were: systematic, theoretical-deductive, socio-legal, analysis and synthesis, exegetical, legal, exploratory and projective; the techniques were the file and the study of the sentence through online research; the instruments are: human, material and technological. As a result, it is determined that the preferences of the students derive from personal and family factors; they also consider that continuing to prepare themselves in other related careers and/or fourth level training is fundamental for their professional practice.
