Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias

Abstract

Abstract: The present work intends to analyze the academic preferences of the student and its entailment with the Sustainable Development Objectives (SDO) by the study of a judgment issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, that shows the limits of the constitutional rights to the fair process in the guarantee achievements of the rights and standards from all parts, legal security, guarantee of motivation and the effective juridic guardianship, in which was involved a society during the whole judicial process, a fixed situation in the last instance, this through the Constitutional Court; circumstance that authenticates the fact that the judicial function does not have a consistent action line given many divergence criteria in different instances that affect the civil rights, refuting the sustainable development objectives number 16, being related with the peace, justice and solid institutions, that pretend assure these rights. This shows that the country has a lot of work to make with the goal of diminish the guarantee gap of these civil rights.
