Abstract

Abstract: This research develops a new prototype of social interest housing specifically for the city of Loja-Ecuador. This project is conceptualized as a system of habitable structures, which aims to be a response to the problem of access to adequate housing, from the practice of architecture. The case study focuses on a piece of land located on the slopes of the western sector of the city of Loja. As of today, the proportions of speed, demand for housing and the scale with which these houses must be built is unprecedented, for which the generation of alternative proposals from architecture that face current housing models of interest is valid. community in our country. From the practice of architecture, this project seeks through a system of strategies adapted to its geographical and social environment, to propose a type of flexible social housing.
