| Abstract: | Abstract: The phenomenon of entrepreneurship is a topic addressed in several investigations, however, in the Loja canton, most of them are more guided to the mapping of ventures. For this reason, the present study intended to go further, analyzing the influence of the factors of the Loja entrepreneurial ecosystem, in the creation of ventures. This investigation fulfilled the objective of analyzing the conditions for the generation of enterprises in the Loja canton, year 2021- 2022, the study used a mixed approach, with the application of surveys to 155 enterprises of the urban parishes of the Loja canton and interviews with 7 experts, representatives of organizations that make up the entrepreneurial ecosystem in aspects of: market, advice and support, human talent, culture, innovation, education and finance. It was obtained as main results that public and private banks intervene with the financing that represents the initial investment of a business. The national and local government guide the consolidation of the enterprise and its development. In matters of education, universities play an important role in the formation of the entrepreneurial profile. |
| Description: | Resumen: El fenómeno del emprendimiento es un tema abordado en varias investigaciones, sin embargo, en el cantón Loja, en su mayoría están más guiadas al mapeo de los emprendimientos. Por esta razón, el presente estudio tuvo la intención de ir más allá, analizando la influencia de los factores del ecosistema emprendedor lojano, en la creación de emprendimientos. Esta investigación cumplió con el objetivo de analizar las condiciones para la generación de emprendimientos en el cantón Loja, año 2021- 2022, el estudio empleó un enfoque mixto, con la aplicación de encuestas a 155 emprendimientos de las parroquias urbanas del cantón Loja y entrevistas a 7 expertos, representantes de organizaciones que conforman el ecosistema emprendedor en aspectos de: mercado, asesoría y soporte, talento humano, cultura, innovación, educación y financiero. Se obtuvo como principales resultados que la banca pública y privada intervienen con el financiamiento que representa la inversión inicial de un negocio. El gobierno nacional y local direccionan la consolidación del emprendimiento y su desarrollo. En temas de educación, las universidades representan un papel importante en la formación del perfil emprendedor. |
