| Abstract: | Abstract:The human being by its needs has found solutions to develop, looking for various manifestations of energy for its growth and technological development. The dependence on fossil energy and the current pollution is focused on the improvement of energy alternatives, for this reason the optimal use of energy resources is known as Energy Efficiency. Buildings are one of the sections with the highest energy consumption, the implementation of an energy qualification and certification allows a decrease in energy consumption. Diana Paulina Iñiguez Ordóñez, located in the city of Loja, has the purpose of obtaining the information of the implementation in the current state and future expansion, analyze the thermal envelope and internal / external climatic conditions, to perform the process of qualification and energy certification of a building in its current state, using the energy simulation tools CERMA and CE3X. The results obtained will be used to improve the thermal insulation of the building envelope. |
| Description: | Resumen: El ser humano por sus necesidades ha encontrado las soluciones para desarrollarse, buscando varias manifestaciones de energía para su crecimiento y desarrollo tecnológico. La dependencia de la energía fósil y la contaminación actual se ve enfocado al mejoramiento de las alternativas energéticas, por tal razón el aprovechamiento óptimo de los recursos de energía es conocido como Eficiencia Energética. Las edificaciones son una de las secciones con mayor consumo de energía, la implementación de una calificación y certificación energética permite una disminución del consumo de energía. El presente proyecto, Propuesta de calificación y certificación energética para el edificio Pasori, perteneciente a la Ing. Diana Paulina Iñiguez Ordóñez, ubicado en la ciudad de Loja, tiene el propósito de obtener la información de la implantación en estado actual y la futura ampliación, analizar la envolvente térmica y condiciones climáticas internas / externas, para realizar el proceso de calificación y certificación energética de una edificación en estado actual, haciendo uso de la herramientas de simulación energética CERMA y CE3X. De los resultados obtenidos se darán mejoras en aislamiento térmico de la envolvente. |
