Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this curricular integration work is to discover what components concur in the preferences of the students and future professionals of the UTPL Law School, in terms of their job projection and academic training in the postgraduate course, basically this project integrator proposes the study of the 2030 Agenda with its 17 SDGs, and in a second moment the interrelation that exists between the SDG selected by each of the students and their preferred legal matter which must be pragmatized in a sentence issued by one of the highest organs of justice, be it ordinary or constitutional in the country, in compliance with the objectives proposed in this investigation. The theme revolves around the study of SDG 8, which aims to make access to decent work, job stability and social security effective, among the most important elements that constitute decent work and economic growth, taking into account that decent work must fundamentally allow the necessary well-being for workers in their daily work performance.
